In the event of a tie in voting results for the final Semi-Finalist Submission, the Judging Panel (as defined below), in its sole discretion, will determine which Submission will be deemed the final Semi-Finalist Submission. The decisions of Sponsor and Judges are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.

There is a limit of one vote per Voter per Nominee and votes are subject to verification at any time. All votes must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on Friday April 12, 2019. The Nominees associated with the Submissions that receive the top three (3) highest scores (subject to verification of eligibility, compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, and completion of the required documents as further described below) will each be deemed the three (3) Grand Prize Winners in order of scores received (“Grand Prize Winners”).
